How does a rental request work with Novaro?
The rental request is easy to make via our platform novaro-rent.de .
Simply select the desired machine, specify the rental period and location – and submit.
A personal contact will then contact you directly for further coordination.
How quickly will I receive an offer?
You will usually receive your individual offer within a maximum of 24 hours after receiving your request.
Our team will review your information and get back to you as soon as possible with all the details.
What information do we need for a quote?
For a precise offer we need:
- Desired rental products (type/model)
- Rental period (start and end date)
- Place of use (delivery address)
- Contact details for consultation
- Special requirements (if any)

How long is my offer valid?
All Novaro offers are binding for 7 days and include a transparent list of all costs – with no hidden fees .
After your confirmation, the booking will be confirmed and the machine will be reserved for the desired period.
Order & Delivery
How is my order confirmed?
After your confirmation, you will receive a written order confirmation via email . This includes all important details: rental period, machine type, delivery address, and total costs .
Your personal contact will of course remain available to you even after confirmation – for any further coordination or queries.
When will delivery take place?
Delivery takes place throughout Germany at the individually agreed date .
If you have special delivery requests – such as early, late or weekend deliveries – simply speak to your personal contact.
We will find a solution.
How does delivery work?
- Appointment arrangement: The delivery date will be agreed with you in a timely and individual manner .
- Delivery: The construction machine is transported directly to your site .
- Handover: If necessary, our driver will explain the most important functions of the machine to you on site.
- Documentation: You will receive a handover protocol with all relevant details.
How does a change or cancellation work?
Changes or cancellations are generally possible – however, the exact conditions depend on the current status of the order processing .
The closer the delivery date gets, the more preparations (scheduling, transport, machine provision) have already been made.
Your personal contact will be happy to discuss all options with you individually – transparently and solution-oriented .
What happens if no one is on site when the delivery is made?
Delivery will only take place if someone is present on site to receive the machine .
If there is no contact person on site upon arrival, the machine will be taken away again - the resulting costs will be charged to the customer .
Please coordinate the date with us well in advance and ensure that someone is available on site to accept the handover.
During the entire rental process
What should I do if there are defects or breakdowns during the rental period?
Should a technical problem arise during the rental period, contact your personal contact immediately . We will arrange an on-site repair as quickly as possible or provide a replacement machine if necessary.
Our goal: Your construction site should continue to run as smoothly as possible.
Is an extension possible during the current rental period?
Yes, an extension is possible at any time subject to availability .
Your personal contact will check the desired period and make you a suitable offer.
The extension will be seamlessly integrated into your existing rental agreement.
How does billing work at Novaro?
Billing is transparent and centralized via Novaro .
You will receive a clear overall invoice at the beginning of the rental period – with a clear list of all costs .
This means you have full cost control right from the start – with no surprises.
Where can I view my invoices and orders?
You can view all your invoices and orders at any time in your personal profile on novaro-rent.de. Simply go to "My Profile" → "Invoices." There you will find a clear list of all your:
- Orders with all details (machine type, rental period, status)
- Invoices with complete cost breakdown
- Download option for all documents as PDF
- Payment status of your orders
- Historical overview of all previous rental activities
For tenants
Who can rent from Novaro?
Our platform is available to both private and commercial customers, municipalities and public institutions throughout Germany.
What does Novaro need from me as a tenant?
For the rental we require the following documents and evidence:
- Valid identity card or passport
- Proof of authorization for certain machines (e.g. driving license, operator authorization)
- Complete contact details (address, telephone number, email address)
- Deposit payment (depending on machine type and order volume)
- Proof of solvency in the case of larger rental orders
